For the price, it is a good deal. Just know that the paint job will show signs of wear early. A house with no kids, no pets, and not a lot of heavy use on this furniture. Still sits nice and comfy, though. The legs seem to be loose now and then, but it never feels wobbly, it's just something I see and then tighten up. These were what we could afford, but would have gotten better quality if we could.
