I owned one of these back in the 80s and my wife loved it although I'm not sure if it was the same brand. Over time, between raising kids & dogs the chair was destroyed so I threw it away. That was a mistake because every now & then my wife would be in a bad mood and complain about me throwing it out. So after about ten years of this I decided to go on the internet and find another one. This one I think is better quality than the first one was. Whatever the case, My wife loves it, So mission accomplished!

This is a great rocker, easy to assemble, very comfortable and seems very sturdy. I had a bent wood rocker many years ago and this one lives up to the memory of the old one. I purchased the walnut finished rocker and it is true to the photo.

The package came across the country, New Jersey to California, and was double boxed to protect the contents during ground shipment, which can be rough. It was easy to assemble and when finished, looked exactly like the photograph on the right. The quality of the rooker was consistent with the price and overall value. I purchased this rocker for my daughter who is expecting a baby. It took my sons approximately one hour to put together. Holes for center support were a bit misaligned, but nothing major that couldn't be worked around. It looks fantastic and I'm thrilled with the purchase.
