Handsome modern fixture, pairs beautifully with its table lamp partner, gives off good amount of illumination.

This lamp has a wonderful artisan quality that does not come through in pictures. Light quality (two level) is quite good. This is a great statement lamp still in scale with our normal living room.

The lamp arrived sooner than I expected (the day after the estimated ship date) in good condition. Unpacking and assembly was easy. It's lovely, just like the picture in the add, and slightly larger than I expected.

It's got two settings -- dim and bright -- and comes with instructions to use an incandescent bulb. I got a dimmer compatible 100 watt equivalent compact flourescent bulb which works fine on the bright setting and doesn't turn on on the dim setting.

The lamp exceeded my expectations. it was delivered quickly, in great condition and was easy to assemble. i have received many compliments.
