About Ello

Ello Furniture was founded in 1955 in Chicago, IL to manufacture and distribute Home Furnishings in a "Contemporary Style" which was at that time not available from the then leading Furniture Manufacturers in the U.S.A. From its very beginning, Ello's "Motto" has been "Contemporary Furniture of Distinction" combined with "Function plus Spectacular Glamour." From its very beginning, Ello's "Motto" has been "Contemporary Furniture of Distinction" combined with "Function plus Spectacular Glamour." Today - Ello manufactures contemporary Bedrooms, Dining Rooms, Wall Systems, Entertainment Centers and Vitrines in a variety of materials from wood and wood veneers, to glass and metal clad furniture. Ello also distributes the "Pietro Costantini" line of Contemporary Chairs from Italy, the "Marble-Italia" line of tables. Marble Dining and occasional tables from Italy, and Ello's "Dining Room Collection" made in Italy for Ello to Ello's design specifications. From its humble beginnings in 1955 in a garage, Ello has grown to our present 200,000 sq. ft. production facility and our 120,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse in Rockford, IL.
