This lamp worked out perfectly for dorm room. Was disappointed that we couldn't get it in purple but silver was fine. We bought purple desk accessories to put in the base. Recommend the lamp.

This is a waste of space - doesn't charge, and looks cheap. This should have been a no-brainer. Why would they produce an Ihome that plays, but doesn't charge the Ipod? Makes it a very expensive desk light. We returned for a different product. Good concept, poorly designed.
